These terms form the agreement between you (“the buyer”) and the operator of MillionNickelPage.com (“the operator”) when you purchase pixels on this page. By ticking the boxes at checkout you accept them in full.

1. What is sold. You buy a revocable, non exclusive licence to display one image inside a fixed rectangle of this 1000 × 1000 canvas, for as long as the operator chooses to keep the page online. No ownership of pixels, of the page, of the domain or of any intellectual property is transferred, and no minimum duration, traffic, ranking, uptime or commercial result is promised.
2. Your content and your rights. You confirm that you own or hold every right, licence and permission required to upload, reproduce, publicly display and distribute the artwork, trade marks, tooltip text and linked destination you submit, worldwide and without royalty, and that doing so infringes no copyright, trade mark, personality, privacy or other right of any third party. You grant the operator a perpetual, irrevocable, non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide, sub licensable and transferable licence to store, host, reproduce, resize, adapt, publish, publicly display, distribute, transmit and otherwise make available the artwork, tooltip text, link, brand names and any other material or information you provide — on this page, in archives and backups, in screenshots, press coverage, social media, advertising and any other promotion of the page or its operator, in any medium now known or later developed, without further notice, approval or payment. You waive any moral rights in that material to the extent permitted by law.
3. Prohibited material. You must not submit content that is illegal in Germany, Switzerland, the European Union or the United States; that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse, terrorism, violence or hate; that is pornographic, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent or a scam; that distributes malware, phishing pages or unlawful gambling, drugs, weapons or counterfeit goods; or that infringes anyone’s rights. Links must lead to the destination you declared and must not redirect to anything on this list.
4. Review, removal and DMCA. Every order is reviewed by hand and the operator may refuse it for any reason before it is hung. The operator further reserves the unconditional right to edit, hide or permanently remove any tile, artwork or link at any time and without prior notice — in particular on receipt of a DMCA or other takedown notice, a rights complaint, a law enforcement or regulatory request, or where the material appears illegal, harmful or in breach of these terms. Removal on any of those grounds gives rise to no refund and no claim of any kind. Notices go to the contact address above and are acted on promptly.
5. Indemnity. You will indemnify and hold the operator, its directors, employees and suppliers harmless from any claim, demand, proceeding, fine, loss, damage or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the content you submit, the destination you link to, or your breach of these terms.
6. No liability. The page and the display slot are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or non infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, lost traffic, downtime, deletion of the page, or the acts, content or omissions of other buyers or of third-party sites linked from the canvas. Where liability cannot be excluded, the operator’s total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for your tile. Nothing here excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Payment and refunds. Prices are in US dollars at five cents per pixel and are charged through Stripe. The rectangle is reserved when you pay and released automatically if payment fails or expires. Orders refused at review are refunded in full. Once a tile has been hung, payment is final except where the law requires otherwise. Chargebacks may result in immediate removal of the tile.
8. Changes and end of service. The operator may amend these terms for future purchases and may retire the page entirely; existing tiles are honoured for as long as the page runs, and no compensation is owed if it is discontinued.
9. Governing law. German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in force.
